libglibmm-2.4-1c2a software package provides C++ wrapper for the GLib toolkit (shared libraries), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglibmm-2.4-1c2a
libglibmm-2.4-1c2a is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglibmm-2.4-1c2a package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglibmm-2.4-1c2a *
